Eric Thibodeaux is a Certified Safety Professional with 30+ years in Health, Safety, Environmental and Loss Prevention — and a vacation rental owner and property manager since 2003. He owns 7 vacation rental properties and co-founded Current Tides Vacation Rentals. He built STRSCA because proactive safety programs simply aren't widely known or available to STR owners and managers.

Eric holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from UAB, a BS in Fire Protection & Safety Engineering from Oklahoma State, and is a Certified NeuroCoach™.
